Up and over Garage Doors: also known as canopy or retractable are made from a single panel and swing outwards as they open, sliding away into the ceiling of the garage. This type of door is easy to install however does take up more room in the garage. Sectional Garage Doors: are made up of several horizontally hinged panels. The entire door rises vertically upwards and then backwards into the ceiling space.
